went to see David Hockney, Portraits
Finally, got to see David Hockney Portraits. And was very impressed, he was just working, working, working. So many sketchbooks, wow! And the paintings, it kind of looks so easy and unintended but seeing the amount of work he has done, he knew very well were to set the brush. I realized how important the line is, separating and at the same time making visible what is important. I liked the way he composed the painting a lot. So much more to learn
