Intuitive art is a practice without the intent of artistic outcome. It is created without conscious thought.

Intuitive Art Circle (Free)

Join me and others for a bi-weekly online gathering that combines meditation, creativity, and intuitive art.

Each session begins with a short guided meditation to help us settle, become present, and reconnect with ourselves. From there, we move into a simple art prompt and creative exploration, following curiosity rather than judgment or expectations.

No artistic experience is necessary.

This is not a technique class, and there is no pressure to create a finished artwork. The focus is on the process itself: noticing, exploring, responding, and allowing something unexpected to emerge.

Many participants arrive believing they are “not artistic” or feeling intimidated by a blank page. What often surprises them is how enjoyable and freeing it can be to create without judgment or pressure.

Whether you join regularly or simply drop in when you need a pause from daily life, you are welcome here.

My intention is simple:

To create a gentle space where we can slow down, listen more deeply, trust our creative impulses, and discover what wants to emerge on the page.
