Drawing class
Yes, I am back to school. I haven’t been taking lessons in drawing for some years and thought I needed a refresher. My hand has become clumsy and slow.
I also just needed to get out of the house and be creative or else I would have gone mad.
Working on a second attempt of Anandamayi Ma is coming along well. With the help of a preliminary drawing it is easier to make head and toe out of the black and white copy of a very difficult to see face. I am still not sure about her hand placement. Did only tonal values so far.
Looking forward to more drawing, really haven’t done that much lately. All I see mostly is colors and shapes, not lines. I think it will do me some good to focus on some boundaries and lines instead of color and tonal values for a change.
